Job Description:

  • Project Planning, Billing & Monitor complete site activities and prepare project schedule (is a must)
  • Hold necessary site meetings with all/required contractors & vendors
  • Coordination with Subcontractors, Labor and Interior designers
  • Overall Project Management from marking to till site handover
  • Finalize the overall project plan for Interior design and fitout with the vendors
  • Control and optimize Interiors costs and quality of work
  • Responsible for Site Billing and handover of project
  • Vendor Management
  • Preparing Daily reports.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in execution of a largescale Retail and hospitality project, or commercial project.
  • Excellent Communication skills Written as well as verbal.
  • Should have experience in handling the entire Project team.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Good Negotiation Skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
