    Description

    Job Description :

    Working along with Enterprise Sales Team to identify Sales/ServiceOpportunities and create Cloud Solutions for Custom/ Enterpriseapplications.

    Work with customers having solutions comprises of differentapplication architectures including custom OEM &COTS.

    Working along with Sales Team to help them with technical solutionsfor thecustomers.

    Help potential customers embrace latest CloudSolution.

    Work on Migration assessment and Migration Strategy for CloudMigrationOpportunities.

    Initiate and design visually engaging and creative PPTs elaboratingCloud product to showcase to prospective partners clients and endcustomers.

    Presenting sales & technical pitches for Rapyder sofferings to the CIOs/CXOs of prospectiveclients.

    Handling all PreSales and PostSalesactivities.

    Understanding clients requirements and preparing RFI RFP RFQResponses for Cloud basedprojects.

    Research on customers (company overview market share key contactsincumbentsetc.)

    Competition Intelligence / Analysis (Key Initiatives marketpresence strategy SWOTanalysis)

    Research on industry trends and help in tailoring RapydersOfferings & valuepropositions.

    Support internal process improvement activities for Proposalresponse.

    Understand Internal customers and cater to end customer needs basedon Rapyderscapabilities.

    Identification of new opportunities and business plans for practicestrategy.

    Working along with other PreSales team members to work towardsachieving various Competencies for thecompany.

    Work towards publishing Blogs & Articles as well as work onPOC s per the newinitiatives.

    Work with delivery team to ensure the projects are delivered tocustomer where solution isprovided.

    TechnicalSkills:

    Knowledge of Cloud and virtualizedenvironments.

    Strong Technical knowledge on Cloud Technologies to ArchitectPlanning Implementing andSupport.

    Excellent exposure Cloud Technologies (Amazon WebServices).

    Strong understanding about all available AWS cloud services in IaaS& PaaSofferings.

    Understanding Customers requirements with respect to both Infra& Application working / flow /deployment.

    Designing a solution with available cloudservices.

    Good understanding about the commercial of cloudservices.

    Preparation Proposal with the solution designed andcommercials.

    Excellent Techno Commercial proposal writingskills.

    Experience conducting proofofconcept developing prototype andreferencemodels.

    Familiarity with datacenter concepts and best practiceshighavailability systems capacity planning system performanceevaluation and diagnostic techniques andmethodologies.

    Knowledge about RESTful APIs and to architect cloud readyapplications.

    Good understanding of DevOps technologies such as CI/CD Containersetc.

    Wouldbe an added advance if have capability to develop automationscripts (using Python / Jython / Shell / Power shell/ VB scripts)and batch files for automation of system and applicationadministration oncloud.

    Requirements 2 9 yrs of overall experience with handon experience on CloudServices/Platforms inAWS/Azure.

    Working experience Hybrid infra along with exposure to Applicationstack deploymentunderstanding.

    Good to have service deliveryexposure.

    Excellent presentation oral communication skills and negotiationskills.

    Experience in large project assessment / migration / implementationusing IaaS and PaaS provided by CloudProviders.

    Good to have Data center or application transformationexposure.

    Exposure to assessment tools like Cloudamize Risketc.

    Strongcommunication skills to effectively communicate make strategicrecommendations to Sr. Mgmt as well as all levels ofinternal/external servicepartners.

    Create good presentations with all relevant information geared towin deals and make the internal customers see value of theRapyder.

    Closed at least 45 Big Deals on Cloud Migration/ WorkloadHosting/Application Development/SAASOffering.

    Any Cloud Certifications at professional level ismust.

    Need Experienced Candidate who comes from direct sales, key accountmanagement, cloud computing background. Non-IT sales or ITchannels/alliances traction will not be accepted. Persons withgovt/PSU sales experience can be considered. 5-10 years exp indirect IT product or services sales. Proven track record ofdelivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts throughleading outbound prospecting teams. Must have experience in sellingCloud services. Good to have experience in AWS Cloud services.Responsible for creating and iterating the sales developmentprocess, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training andenablement Leadership Skills: proven record of being a team player,speaking binary (precise, concise choice of words) and work inuncertain business environment. Leadership is a behaviour and not aformal role in this JD. Represent the core five values of Rapyderand imbibe the same in daily behaviour. Remote working. Excellentwritten and spoken English. Business communication is vital and wecannot conduct training on this. Accurate, nuanced, direct, andkind messaging. Being able to work independently, buildrelationships and respond quickly. Desired Skills: Experienceworking in a small, entrepreneurial company Has a strong drive forresults & to be part of Rapyder's growth journey. Goodknowledge of local language, local city /state based accounts andestablished contacts in at least 10 top accounts of yourregion.
