Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, customer support, and sales. The role involves making and receiving calls from potential customers and following up with them. The Telesales Executive will be part of a team responsible for meeting sales and growth targets. To be successful as a telesales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
Ultimately, a top-performing telesales executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
