Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging training sessions for clients on Tally software, focusing on effective utilization and optimization of features to ensure maximum understanding
Develop and update training materials, ensuring they align with the latest Tally software updates.
Regularly conduct training sessions for existing partner resources to keep them uptodate with the latest product releases, updates, and enhancements.
Provide oneonone and group training sessions to address specific client needs and challenges.
Provide practical, handson demonstrations of key product features and functionalities. Offer realworld examples and use cases to enhance understanding.
Address partner queries and concerns related to Tally software, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely support to ensure a smooth learning experience.
Collaborate with the Business Consultancy and Training Division to enhance overall client satisfaction and software adoption.
Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials.
Assist in presales activities by showcasing the training offerings to potential clients.
Act as a bridge between clients and the development team, conveying user feedback and enhancement requests.
Maintain a strong understanding of clients' business processes and tailor training programs to address their unique requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate in Commerce Domain

Proficiency in Tally software is essential.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.

Experience in creating training materials, manuals, and documentation.

MBA in Finance shall get preference

Travel:
Be willing to travel extensively to client locations

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
