Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs on Tally Prime for employees across various departments.
  • Customize training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants.
  • Conduct handson training sessions, demonstrating key features and functionalities of Tally Prime.
  • Provide oneonone coaching and support to employees as needed.
  • Assess training effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure maximum learning outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Tally Prime to continuously enhance training materials and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and develop training schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
  • Tally prime knowledge is must.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
