Primary Skills:
Business process management, Six Sigma, Proficient in Microsoft products,P2P, S2C
Desired Skills & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, procurement operations, or in a related field, or the equivalent work experience; Lean Six Sigma is desired.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in business process management or consulting, with experience in indirect procurement
- Proficient using Microsoft products
- Excellent collaboration, project management, and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Be able to navigate a complex global business environment from a remote work setting
- Demonstrate knowledge of indirect procurement processes and best practice processes, systems, and tools
- Handson experience implementing procurement systems (S2C or P2P) to create processes that are technically feasible
- Able to drive a project and deliver on time
- Travel up to 10%
