Monitor and managewarehouse capacity to accommodate varying levels ofinventory.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely andcost-effective transportation of goods.
Oversee shippingand receiving processes, including the accurate and efficientloading and unloading of shipments.
TeamLeadership:
Supervise and lead a team ofwarehouse staff, providing guidance and support asneeded.
Conduct regular performance evaluations andimplement training programs for continuousimprovement.
Safety Compliance:
Enforceand adhere to safety regulations and protocols to create a secureworking environment.
Conduct regular safety inspectionsand implement corrective measures as necessary.
ProcessImprovement:
Identify areas for processimprovement and implement best practices to enhance overallwarehouse efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to streamline processes and optimizeworkflow.
Qualifications:
Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or arelated field.
Proven experience in warehouse managementor a similar role.
Strong knowledge of inventorymanagement systems and procedures.
Excellent leadershipand communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and makeinformed decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suiteand other relevant software.
Forklift certification andexperience is a plus.
