Job Description:
Preparation of area calculations in consultation with HO.Prepare Architectural documents & presentations along with project brief. Coordinate with all Design Consultants & ensure timely delivery. Monitor all Statutory Design Compliance.
Control of Design Development Schedule & deliverables.
Guide Inhouse team in Design Documentation & Drawing Control. Control of issue of GFC Drawings to Site including revision Drawings. Quick resolution of RFI from Site. Proof Reading Design Drawings for missing information & errors. Providing required documentation for the Municipal Architects. Prepare working drawings as per site requirement.

Prepare layout of Row Houses as per the brief given by the management & as per the prevailing norms of local authorities.

Supplying annexures for Agreement to sales team.

Prepare Plotting layout of the various projects from time to time as per management's brief & as per the prevailing norms of local authorities.

Prepare & amend master plans of Townships/Plotting projects as per requirement of the management as & when needed.
Prepare Area statement of all projects as per the format prescribed & knowing the RERA norms for the same. Prepare floor plans to assist Sales team.
Coordinating with municipal authorities.
Well versed with UDCPR & RERA norms
