Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
- Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns with empathy.
Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure swift resolution of escalated problems.
Order Processing:
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.
- Work closely with the logistics and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to established customer service standards and protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Generate reports on customer service metrics and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problemsolving ability and a customerfocused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
