Job Description:
As a Sales Support Executive for the India Market at , you will play a key role in supporting our sales team, lead generation, ensuring efficient processes, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including arranging appointments, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues or requests.
Sales Coordination and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights to the sales team.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
1-2 years experience in lead validation, appointment fixing, sales support, customer service, or a related role.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary: 3-5 Lacs per annum.
