Skills required:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Profile Responsibilities:

Customer Service:


  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in making menu selections and offer recommendations when needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Order Processing:


  • Accurately input customer orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
  • Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order queue and prioritize orders during peak hours.

Payment Handling:


  • Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
  • Calculate and provide accurate change to customers.
  • Maintain cash register and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
  • Handle refunds or exchanges according to company policies.

Customer Satisfaction:


  • Strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Work with management to resolve escalated customer concerns.

Cleaning and Organization:


  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness at the cashier station and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure menus, condiments, and other supplies are stocked and wellorganized.
  • Assist in cleaning and sanitizing dining areas as needed.

Team Collaboration:


  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Support fellow team members during busy periods or when assistance is needed.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
