Quality Assurance (Rebuttal)

Work Profile for Quality Assurance:

Should be Doctor/Pharmacy background (BHMS/BAMS/BPT/B.Pharm)
Typing skill should be minimum 2025 WPM and above with 95% & above accuracy
Should be well versed with basic English Grammar, Medical Terms, Human Anatomy and good in writing skills.
Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
Preparing and implementing quality assurance on cases.
Performing routine inspections and quality tests
Identifying and resolving workflow and process issues.
Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.
Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Strong attention to detail
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist

Following Test will be taken before Interview:

Test of basic Medical Terms (20 MCQ)
Medical Summary Writing Test
Basic Grammar Test (20 MCQ)
Typing Test

Other Details:

Shift Time: Day Shift (
9:00 AM To 6:00 PM )
1 working Saturday.
1 month training will be provided. Stipend will be paid during Training.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that standards and quality regulations are observed.
Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
Make recommendations for improvement
Create training materials and operating manuals

Detabase Updation
a. Update audit error & Quality sheet

b. Proofreading sheet

c. Huddle meeting for feedback and improvement plan

d. Work for process improvement of company

Production
a. Need to achieve proofread targets with 100% quality.

b. Ensure proofreading is done within due time.

Low quality error Handling
a. Take immediate action on low quality performers of team

b. Discuss with team about improvement of quality.

c. Discuss same with TL & Operations Head

d. Communicate the solution to every team member

e. The same should be shared with Team Leader (TL) and take suggestion/Feedback,

f. Ensure that same errors should not repeat

g. If this happens again escalate same with TL.

h. Work as per process protocol and make sure that client is satisfied with the quality of work

Process Support
a. Conduct team meeting for process improvement,

b. Share quality score with TL & team members

c. Make team acquainted with their mistakes

d. Co-ordinate with senior regarding any help or updates.

e. Training needs to be given regarding Proper English, grammar, sentence formation according to the process, to the new joinees.

a. Audit & Quality sheet

b. Proofreading sheet

c. Monthly MIS
