    What will you do

    • Work closely with educators and various teams within Testbook
    • Participate in the onboarding of educators for specific categories
    • Collaborate with the content team to identify product enhancements and needs
    • Assess and analyze market positioning and trends to develop innovative consumer offerings and drive growth strategies accordingly
    • Lead category-specific initiatives by working with cross-functional teams
    • Manage internal and external stakeholder interactions, research, and analytics
    • Take complete ownership of category revenue through different approaches and stakeholders

    If you meet the following criteria, you should apply:

    • Seasoned professional: 3-6 years of experience in the field (proficient in Excel and product growth)
    • The right mindset: Previous experience in a startup at an early stage
    • Strong execution skills: Capable of developing business strategies and conveying data-driven insights effectively to target audiences
    • Driven by results: Background in the business realm with past revenue responsibilities. Ability to devise and execute growth strategies within specific groups and actively monitor progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions
    • Excellent interpersonal skills: Capable of collaborating with multiple teams to initiate new projects. Also, a proactive individual with prior experience in building connections
    • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with basic product and online marketing concepts. Experience in the educational technology sector or as a revenue manager is beneficial
    • Self-starter attitude: Take full ownership of projects without waiting for instructions
    • Quick learner: Adaptable to change and adept at acquiring new skills swiftly
