Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant with 5 years of experience to join our team.

As an SAP PM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.

Your expertise in SAP PM combined with your knowledge of maintenance processes will contribute to the effective management and maintenance of our organization's assets and equipment.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand maintenance requirements and processes.


Design, configure, and implement SAP PM solutions based on business needs, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and work order management.

Conduct business process analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation.

Configure and customize SAP PM settings, including maintenance planning, scheduling, work orders, notifications, and maintenance plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PM with other modules, such as MM, SD, and FI/CO.

Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.

Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to the SAP PM module.

Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize asset utilization, maintenance strategies, and spare parts management.

Support the implementation and rollout of new SAP PM functionalities, upgrades, and enhancements.

Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on SAP PM processes and functionalities.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with the SAP PM module.

Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance practices.

Proficiency in configuring SAP PM, including maintenance planning, scheduling, work orders, notifications, and maintenance plans.

Experience with SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and support.

Solid understanding of integration points between SAP PM and other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and FI/CO.

Familiarity with maintenance strategies, spare parts management, and asset lifecycle management.

Ability to analyze complex maintenance requirements and provide innovative solutions.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

SAP PM certification is a plus.


Salary:
Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
