Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct board meetings, prepare Agenda, notices, and minutes of meetings.
- Implementation & compliances of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 201
- Compliance under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 201
- Liaisoning with RBI, SEBI, NSE, CDSL & BSE,
- Creation, Modification and Satisfaction of Charges and their respective timely filing with the Registrar of Companies;
- Preparation of annual reports, directors report, MGT9, revision of annual return and filing of companies in XBRL including annual filing for NBFCs;
- Should be good in Secretarial functions and Legal documentation & drafting.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, XBRL Filing.
- Should be good listing compliance, NBFC-Compliance & Stock Exchange Compliances.
