We are looking for an
Advisor - Reconciliation responsible for overseeing the accurate and efficient management of reconciliation records, resolving escalations, monitoring performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives, adhering to control and audit requirements, and fostering a positive team culture.


What the role entails


This role requires extensive experience in invoice processing with a focus on reconciliation, proficiency in relevant software, strong managerial and analytical skills, and effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Scope:

Your scope will include (but not limited to) below


Timely and Accurate Reconciliation:


  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of vendor payments (timely completion of AP GL, Vendor statement, GR-IR reconciliations) within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe, monitor and address aged items in the reconciliations, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to the team members to maintain a high level of accuracy in the reconciliation.
  • Manage shifts and schedules for the cash management team, ensuring adequate coverage and workload distribution based on the requirements and smooth handover.

Timely Response to Auditors:


  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to provide timely and accurate responses to audit inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare relevant documentation, reports, and supporting materials to address audit findings and recommendations; Implement corrective actions as necessary to address audit gaps.

Continuous Improvement and Productivity:


  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team, actively seeking opportunities to optimize processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions and crossfunctional discussions to generate ideas for process enhancements and implement successful initiatives.
  • Track and measure the outcomes of improvement initiatives, quantifying productivity gains and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Adherence to Annual RACAM Control:


  • Maintain adherence to the Annual RACAM control framework, SOX control, and other documented controls and procedures through regular reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to support RACAM assessments and address any control gaps or findings.

Promote RT3C Values:


  • Act as a role model for the RT3C values (Courage, Curiosity, Care) within the team and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

About Yourself

  • A Bachelor's/ master's degree in SCM, Finance or a related field
  • 58 years of experience in invoice processing with a focus on reconciliation
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliation principles, processes, and tools
  • Good Managerial skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Experience in shift management, workload allocation, and performance monitoring
  • Good understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management
  • Proficient in using reconciliation software and other relevant financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
