Description
**Responsibilities:- *
- Responsible for managing admin facilities documentation, facility management coordination, courier services, etc.
- Updating all the agreements & contracts.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Meet visitors and provide general support to them
- Prepare MIS report, Dashboard, & resolve officerelated issues like vendor management, Housekeeping.
- Should have knowledge in overall Admin activities like Physical Security, Housekeeping, Garden maintenance, Transport etc
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
