**Responsibilities:
- *
  • Responsible for managing admin facilities documentation, facility management coordination, courier services, etc.
  • Updating all the agreements & contracts.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Meet visitors and provide general support to them
  • Prepare MIS report, Dashboard, & resolve officerelated issues like vendor management, Housekeeping.
  • Should have knowledge in overall Admin activities like Physical Security, Housekeeping, Garden maintenance, Transport etc
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
