Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives to expand the talent pool.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Requirement:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience 2 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting diverse talent for technical roles, including IT Engineers, Service Engineers, Support Engineers, and Bluecollar Staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
A proactive and resultsdriven approach to recruitment.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
