Front Office Executive - Ahmedabad, India - Prompt Equipment Pvt. Ltd
Description
Greeting the guest/ customer at the office.- Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings
- Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers on the basis of priorities
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting to the concern department
- Checking the availability of stationary and other required things and ordering for them.
- Supervising the housekeeping department and preparing a list of stock.
- Assisting the HR team in exit and joining formalities maintaining administration and operation records.
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Answering questions and addressing complaints
- Working with EPBAX machine ,biometric machine,printing and fax machine.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad , Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
