Marketing/Sales Agent

Job Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough site audits and identifying gaps in existing SEO performance.
Developing comprehensive SEO strategies for clients and executing those strategies effectively.
Web design (Mobile & Desktop) and content creation in line with Local SEO strategies.
Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
Keeping updated with SEO and integrated marketing trends.
Identifying potential customers and developing proposals to sell SEO services.
Maintaining client relationships and providing them with regular updates.
Identifying opportunities for expansion and growth within existing client accounts.

Skill Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and SEO executive roles.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant SEO tools such as SEMrush.
Strong knowledge of LOCAL SEO ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field is preferred.
