Description
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Check social media for new prospects forward info to reporting manage
Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team.

Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries and support requests, providing information and resolving issues as needed.

Documentation: Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation. Ensure all information is accurate and accessible.

Project Assistance: Support various projects by conducting research, compiling reports, and assisting with project management tasks.

Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for the software platform, escalating issues to the technical team as necessary.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools.
- Experience with customer service and support.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with homecare or healthcare industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting is advantageous.
