Profile:
Corporate Legal Interns

Location :
Udyog vihar, phase 4, Gurgaon, Haryana

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Legal research on corporate law topics
  • Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts, Agreements, Corporate resolution and corporate Governance document.
  • Attend Client Meetings, hearing and other legal proceedings as needed.
  • Review and analyse case documents, statutes, and Regulations to support case.
  • Support due diligence Efforts for corporate Transactions.
  • Aid in Maintaining corporate record, Including Minutes of books, board resolutions, and corporate filing.
  • Provide General administrative support to legal team.
  • Participate in special projects and assignments as assigned by the supervising attorney

Qualification:

  • Enrolled Accredited law school or must have a law degree
  • Strong academic record with course work relevant to corporate law.
  • Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and legal research database.

Pay:
₹5, ₹12,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:
