Job Responsibilities:
- Completes transactional requests received from internal and external customers, agencies, mortgage companies through the various channels
- Develop understanding of SOX and regulatory compliance audits to provide an exceptional service experience
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly SLA's
- Communicate and respond back to escalations within the given timelines
- Develop domain expertise by understanding the Endtoend process flow to build confidence and credibility with Customers / Agents / Mortgage companies
Primary Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger, GL Postings
- Applies knowledge of analytical procedures to reconcile and recognize patterns of data
- Attention to detail, time management skills and exceptional initiative & follow up skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Research and investigation skill to reach out to root cause
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
