Qualifications:

The FP&A Associate role:
Key Responsibilities

Play a key role in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Consult with Practice leadership on the relevant inputs and assumptions, as necessary
Create financial reporting that includes variance and trend analysis. Financial reporting includes key performance statistics, revenue backlog reporting quarterly working capital reviews
Review reports and analyses with Manager and Practice leadership. Develop recommendations and follow through on action plans based upon discussions
Track, review and advise on the financial status of key engagements, highlighting areas of risk or opportunity
Prepare presentation materials and analysis for leadership and management meetings
Perform various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
Monitor various expense categories to ensure adherence to planned annual spend
Skill Set & Experience

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Power BI, Power point & Tableau experience MUST

5 to 7 years' experience.
