  • Reviews the work order.
  • Followup with US Healthcare insurance carriers for claim status.
  • Follow up with US Healthcare insurance carriers to check the status of outstanding claims.
  • Followup on payment information if the claims are processed.
  • Analyze claims in case of rejections.
  • Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards.

Specification**:

  • Effective communication in English.
  • Graduate with B.Com, BA, BBA
  • Satisfactory working in US Shift night.
  • Undergraduates with more than six months of BPO Experience would be considered.
