- Maintain and configure the HubSpot platform to align with marketing and sales objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot, including lead and customer information.
- Manage and organize content within HubSpot, including blog posts, landing pages, email templates, and forms.
- Identify gaps in current HubSpot processes and propose resolutions.
- Ensure maximum utilization of HubSpot features.
- Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to assess marketing and sales performance, ensuring data accuracy.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales processes within HubSpot.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure users can effectively leverage HubSpot's features.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience with HubSpot platform administration and configuration.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools.
- Ability to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- HubSpot certification (desired).
