Management and administration of Firewalls and network devices
Should be willing to work 24/7 rotational shift operations and should have minimum of 5-9 years of experience in Network Security technology


Job Description:


  • Responsible for Handling Customer Escalation, P1/P2 Severity Incident issues and take it to the conclusion.
  • Responsible for planning new product/service roll out or enhancement of existing operations and maintenance in Managed Hosting Firewalls, and Network products.
  • Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.
  • Contribute as an individual contributor for deployment of customer devices during migration or Replacement.
  • Monitors and manages Hosting operations as per agreed SLA and drives certification and compliance to regulatory requirements.
  • May lead some important projects, that require providing experienced project team members with instruction, guidance and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
  • Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.
Job Requirement


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 59 years of relevant Firewall and Network Security technology experience
  • Expert in two firewall technologies (PaloAlto, Fortigate, ASA, Checkpoint, Proxy)
  • Having firewall certifications would be a plus

Salary:
From ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Flexible shift
  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • PaloAlto, Fortigate, ASA, Checkpoint, Proxy: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:
- firewall (preferred)


Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (preferred)
