    Description
    Professional Experience:1. Experience with Emerson/CSI Hardware and Software (AMS 2140, AMSMachinery Manager)/Prufftechnik Hardware and Software (VibxpertII/ominitrend)2. Experience with other manufacturers CBM Hardware and Software suchas Bently Nevada, CSI 6500, BK VIBRO, SKF3. Good Understanding about working knowledge of Vibration AnalysisSoftware, Vibration Data Acquisition systems, Vibration sensors and variousCondition Monitoring techniques4. Good understanding on gearbox, generator and bearing failure modes andproblem solving5. Expertise on Root Cause Failure Analysis, Basic Fault Diagnosis andCondition Evaluation6. Experienced on the commercial side, and decidedly hands-on and not justtheoretical7. Experience in other CBM technologies like Laser shaft alignment,thermography, NDT, lubricant analysis, and other technical/mechanicalexperience Responsibilities:1. Primary duties will be monitoring and diagnosing the health condition ofmachines to highlight the potential failures and/or damages before theyhappen using condition based monitoring techniques like Vibration Monitoring,Thermography, Ultrasonic testing, Laser Shaft alignment, NDT, Lube oilanalysis etc.2. Vibration data collection and analysis at customer site.3. Technical reporting of potential reliability conditions4. Constant interaction with the clients.5. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working around the rotatingequipment6. Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends7. Willing to travel overnight as and when required Competencies:1. Fluency in English and have good communication, presentation skills2. Exposure to Condition Monitoring3. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working around rotatingequipment.Other Requirements: Pro-active, structured, self-motivated, communicative, reliable, credible, openminded, ambitious Clean Driving Record Able to successfully pass drug screening and background check
