Real Estate client of Artemy requires

Asst. Manager/Executive - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Support the onboarding process by coordinating with hiring managers and HR team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in recruitment, either through internships, part-time roles, or relevant coursework.

Familiarity with recruitment techniques and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.

Salary:
₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
