Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tender Filing Sales Coordinator to join our


Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for relevant tenders and analyse them to determine the best course of action
  • Prepare and submit bids and proposals in response to tenders and other procurement opportunities
  • Coordinate and manage the tender filing process, including documentation and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the tender filing database and ensure that it is uptodate and accurate
  • Provide support to the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze tender results and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience of as a Tender Filing Sales Coordinator or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of tender filing and procurement processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tender filing software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
