Job Description:
Design and update job descriptions. Understand the JD.
Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Monitor Key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the IT services industry.
Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage top talent.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.

Pay:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
