Key Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviour and preferences.
Information Architecture: Create user flows, wireframes, and sitemaps to structure information and user journeys effectively.
UI Design: Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and best design practices.
Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and make datadriven design decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to align design with project goals.
Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design implementation.
Stay Informed: Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and contribute to continuous improvement in design processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 to 4 years in the field.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma
Need Experience in Photo editor software like Adobe Photoshop and Vector based software like Illustrator
Good experience in Video and animated software like Aftereffect and knowledge of Lottie animation
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and your design process.
Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with frontend development technologies is a plus.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and agile environment.
