Position Overview:


As a Telecaller Executive at Waffle Bytes Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and customer acquisition process.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from generated leads or database provided by the company.
  • Present and explain the services offered by the company in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Handle objections and concerns of potential customers to facilitate successful conversion.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
  • Record and update customer information in the database accurately.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for customer conversion and sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maximize conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively persuade and influence customers.
  • Strong negotiation and objectionhandling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in sales or relevant field is a plus.

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
