Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Store Management:
- Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Implement strategies to enhance product visibility and improve the ranking on Amazon search results.
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Digital Marketing on Amazon:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns within the Amazon ecosystem, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
- Optimize ad spend and monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create Amazonspecific promotions and content.
Amazon Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze Amazon performance metrics using tools such as Amazon Seller Central and thirdparty analytics platforms.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics.
- Utilize datadriven insights to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Engagement and Support:
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries on the Amazon platform.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address Amazonspecific concerns.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and terms of service.
- Stay informed about changes in Amazon's policies and proactively address any potential issues.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to align Amazon strategies with overall business goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Amazon account managers and other relevant contacts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities on the Amazon platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Proven 2 years experience managing ecommerce operations on the Amazon platform.
- Indepth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, advertising tools, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification or training in Amazon advertising and analytics.
- Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and other brand protection tools.
- Experience with Amazonspecific fulfillment options (FBA, SFP).
- Familiarity with Amazon's A9 algorithm and SEO strategies on the platform.
Pay:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
