MajOr Responsibilities
Adhere/Exceed the norms related to Amazon accounts assigned from time to time:

Listing Norms:


  • Titles, bullet points, description, keywords & create other details as per Amazon guidelines & aspiring.
  • All pictures are standardized and uniform across the listing at all times.
  • All thumbnail images are uniform.
  • All listings must have a video.
  • Pricing and discounting guidelines are followed.
  • All listing have A+ content.
  • Achieving at least 98/100 listing quality score.
  • Keeping entire team and supervisors updated about any new issues encountered/cases opened and resolving within 48 hours TAT( Turn around time)
  • All children are linked with the parent.

Inventory
Norms/ Guiding norms for paying attention to listings:

  • Sale through is higher than 3 i.e. 90 days sale > 3 x average monthly inventory
  • Stranded inventory, if any, is to be reinstated within a TAT of 24 hours.
  • Ensure 100% FBA in stock rate at all times.
  • No excess inventory anytime i.e no unit is more than 90 days age.

Organic Sales Norms:


  • Be amongst top listings in the category/sub category.
  • Be amongst the 1st page search results for primary keywords
  • Generic customer.
  • Identifying high purchase intent keywords & ranking on top for them.
  • Overall generating 70%+ sales by organic search driving repeat client behavior.
  • Continuously increase the market share in the niche.
  • Identify high intent keywords for our listings.

Conversion Norms:


  • Continuously improving the conversion percentage for all listings.
  • Coming up with engaging product photos, infographics and videos for maximizing conversion.
  • Ensuring no ambiguity between listings and actual products.
  • Catchyness in pictures and videos.

Customer Delights:


  • Zero negative feedback and reviews.
  • TAT (Turn around Time) for resolving client queries
  • Ensuring high repeat customers as a percentage of total customers
  • Minimizing customer reimbursement.
  • TAT for negative reviews removals within 72 hours.
  • Overall listings rating should be 4.5stars.
  • Overall listing returns and refunds should be less than 3%.
  • Replying to all customer feedback, voice of customer, reviews etc.
  • Meeting production and quality team for resolving negative customer feedback.

New listing launch:


  • Launching new listings each month as per company norms
  • Read in detail critical reviews of competitor listings and ensure that your product and listing are superior to benchmark listings.
  • Develop complete marketing strategy before launch.
  • Ensure inclusion in Amazon's top launches.
  • Ensure 5* rating for the first 90 days with at least 50 reviews.

Advertising Norms:


  • Keeping total advertising cost of sales well below company benchmark.
  • Ensuring that relevant ads & videos are visible on search results.
  • Protecting own product detail pages.
  • Targeting competitor listings for grabbing the market share.

Team building:


  • Giving referrals to HR for potential team members which strengthen the organization
  • Ensuring that company's human resources are getting finer
  • Helping your colleagues in thorough understanding of processes

IT Tools & automation:


  • Exploring IT tools which help the organization in automating processes.
  • Adopting and implementing tools in your work which automates the processes you are involved in.
  • Conduct training and sharing new developments in your domain with the organization.

Account Reconciliation Norms:


  • Adhering to norms for each payment cycle: Total costs less than 41.5%
  • Client refunds upto 2.5%
  • Promotions upto 4%
  • Storage fees upto 0.5%
  • Cost of Advertising upto 8%
  • Amazon fees upto 26%
  • Others upto 0.5%

Job Types:

Pay:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
