Role & Responsibility

A Graphic designer is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves understanding requirement and their needs before making design decisions.
Work with a team of designer's interns and copywriters on campaigns & larger projects
A Graphic designer works to a brief agreed with the Category, Team. They develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the

Business objectives.

The work demands creative flair, uptodate knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Graphic designer creates a road map, making sure guidelines are followed, & the expectation from a variety of customers are met
Helping team breaking down larger projects/tasks into smaller timelines & tasks, to make sure we are rolling out work on time
Following the design Style guide & roadmap & thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts

- using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time

Conceptualizing finalised ideas and concepts to their leader or manager

- working with a wide range of channels, Offline, Online Digital & affiliate
- contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief

Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches for the creative campaign where it is required

- working on layouts and art working pages ready for print keeping abreast of emerging technologies in Trends, emerging tools, web exposure, colour knowledge,strong understanding of all aspects of graphic design, digital/print design
.developing interactive design, experience with video editing software
- working as part of a team with copywriters, HR, other designers, web developers and marketing specialists.

You will work closely with the Performance marketing team

Comprehensive knowledge of

Adobe Creative Suite:
Illustrator, Photoshop,GIF, Animation,InDesign,XD(orSketch),After Effects.

Salary:
₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
