    QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd is a leading retail company specializing in healthcare products. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Head to lead our new store openings across various locations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of new store openings, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
    • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 25 to 50 employees, including project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
    • Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations and alignment with company standards.
    • Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, adherence to design specifications, and resolve any onsite issues promptly.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
    • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
    • Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

    Mandatory Skills and Experience:

    • Retail Interior Fitouts: Extensive experience in managing retail interior fitout projects is essential.
    • Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferably in the retail sector.
    • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead large teams.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel extensively as per project requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in project management, specifically in new store openings and retail interior fit-outs
