Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is usually necessary.
  • To effectively recruit and engage quality individuals, a solid grasp of the US employment market, including sourcing channels, job boards, and industryspecific platforms, is required.
  • Organisational and time management skills are required, as is the ability to handle various requisitions and manage recruitment processes at the same time
  • A Voice Process in the United States To create rapport with prospects, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, recruiters must have great interpersonal skills. Collaboration, active listening, and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with recruiting managers to understand their personnel requirements for voice process roles.
  • Create and implement effective recruitment tactics in order to attract qualified individuals.
  • To find possible applicants, use a variety of sources such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Ensure that the applicant tracking system contains correct and uptodate documentation of recruitment operations.
  • During the hiring process, follow corporate rules, regulatory regulations, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, synchronise recruitment plans, and deliver talent market insights.
  • Promote the organisation as an employer of choice to potential recruits by effectively articulating the company's mission, values, culture, and career progression prospects.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practises in recruitment, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements to increase the recruitment function's efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline (or comparable work experience) is required.
  • Strong understanding of the job market in the United States, including sourcing methods, job boards, and industryspecific platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to accurately analyse individuals' verbal communication talents.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment rules and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Work in a fastpaced, dynamic setting requires flexibility and agility.
  • Professionalism, ethics, and a dedication to maintaining confidentiality are required.
