Description
Supervise and manage daily
office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.

  • Coordinate office resources, including space allocation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with
    vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost effective services.
  • Monitor service providers' performance and address any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate
    travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Manage travel itineraries and ensure adherence to travel policies.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and
    external events, meetings, and conferences

  • Arrange logistics, catering, and necessary materials for successful event execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of
    administrative activities, including expense reports, invoices, and office inventory

  • Prepare reports on administrative metrics as required.
  • Draft and proofread official documents, letters, and announcements.
  • Oversee facilities maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and security.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency preparedness.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and executives as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating
    schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting administrative functions.

Salary:

₹250, ₹300,000.00 per year
