FUNCTION:


The Employee Relations team is part of the Total Rewards, Conduct and Policy organization within Human Resource that focuses on enhancing the employee experience and developing best in class people practices firm wide.

The team helps set and implement a global vision, strategy, operating model to better understand and respond to employee needs and concerns; as well deliver exceptional employee experience.

This includes partnership with the business, function, and Human Resource leaders on an in-depth review of feedback, culture & conduct, employee experience aspects of regulatory-related deliverables.

Overall, this organization spans the traditional Human Resource lifecycle, employee engagement and broader listening strategy.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Part of a team of experienced Employee Relations (ER) professionals responsible for providing employee relations advice and investigating code of conduct related matters inclusive of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, inappropriate behavior and executive office complaints ensuring proper escalation, engagement and fairness is delivered across all stakeholder groups;

  • Responsible for reaching Human Resource disciplinary outcomes for assigned employee conduct investigations, including investigations led by Control Partners and Employee Relations;
  • Ensure the enquiry and investigation reports meet the highest quality standards and adherence to case management timelines and system requirements;
  • Support team leadership on implementing key countrywide projects around conduct, governance, policy and control;
  • Partner leadership in analyzing and providing insights to senior leaders and HR stakeholders on areas of focus and emerging trends, to enable proactive interventions within the organization;
  • Partner employee relation leadership, as appropriate, globally to understand regional differences and requirements;
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and refinement of services;
  • Demonstrate expected behaviors, as well as, identify and escalate issues in a timely manner;
  • Deliver a trusted brand known to employees and managers as a place where their voices are heard and acted on accordingly;
  • Deliver a first class experience to all employees, stakeholders and control partners through effective collaboration and communication;
  • Participate in various risk and control initiative, including assisting with regulatory responses on employee conduct matters;
  • Conduct and participate in the employee relation aspects of organizational audits, transactions and Request For Proposals.
**KEY SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: - Working knowledge or experience in case management related to unsatisfactory performance, unauthorized leaves, redundancy management, background screening and other HR policy violations;

  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships and trusted advisor status across Legal, Compliance, Global Security, and with Human Resources colleagues;
  • Knowledge of Emokoyee relation R practices, procedures, and policies;
  • Impeccable judgment and discretion;
  • Excel operationally and have a laser focus on key stakeholder experience employees, managers, partners;
  • Actively challenges the status quo and acts as a catalyst for change by decisively adopting innovative ways of working, driving continuous improvement;
  • Identifies and understands business trends to improve culture and mitigate risk;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities;
  • Disciplined and drives for results; actively applies feedback from key stakeholders;
  • Strong consulting/problem resolution experience with demonstrated ability to influence all employee levels from front line to senior leaders;
  • Demonstrates expected risk/controls behaviors by holding self and others accountable to operate within established standards and procedures
