Accountabilities:
Must have professional experience in a product technology company, and your experience must have been in

Modern web languages such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

Modern frontend Ux Design, Prototyping and Interaction Desing.


Responsibilities:

• A strong understanding of design thinking, lean methodologies, and agile software delivery.
• Deep understanding of design principles, usercentric and interactive design.
• Demonstrate design skills with a strong portfolio featuring examples of whatever you have got and are proud of end to end product design, interaction design, sketches, storyboards, prototypes, visual design.
• Able to see the bigger picture, and how it can be delivered with exceptional usercentric design; but still care about the small things that font is badly antialiased and not the right shade
• Some experience with frontend development is desirable as well as a general understanding of HTML, CSS & JS and Native apps
• Knowledge of motion design, as well as visual/interactive/motion design trends (this is about awareness of motion and how it impacts UX, and the presentation of UI)
• Ability to produce exceptional presentations of your design work
• Indepth understanding of capabilities of web browsers
• Create security and data protection settings
• Passionate about web app development, IIoT, startups and most importantly, to add value through cutting edge analytics.
• Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you will encounter.
• Collaborate with the product and operations teams.

Role:
Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications; communicate and agree on them with stakeholders

• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed
• Produce highquality visual designs and assets from concept to execution, for different platforms at a variety of resolutions
• Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative sessions
• Take a lead on user research
• Influence, persuade and evangelize people, so one needs to have strong presentation/communication skills and a compulsion to listen.

Salary:
₹400, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
