**ROLES & RESPONSILBILTIES
**Purpose

  • Experience professional in HR operations processes like Onboarding & Induction; Benefits, Insurance, NPS; PF etc,; Employee life cycle; Exit, F&F.
  • Ensure seamless execution of tasks and delivering "best in class" experience to our employees and business stakeholders.
  • Develop a "proactive customer service organization" with strong focus on "customer delight", through leadership guidance, coaching and mentoring.
  • Bring in industry best practices and strive for continuous improvement on HR service delivery standards.
**Key responsibilities

  • KPI & SLA Management:
  • Meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs & SLA.
  • Maintain and improve HR Shared Services operations by observing system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; conducting system audits and analysis; handling system and process improvement
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Proactive communication with the stakeholders to understand and align on business priorities, challenges, issues, concerns, and work towards resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Process & Performance Management:
  • Identify issues/patterns in the process and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify and implement automation ideas for qualitative and quantitative benefits.
  • Reporting: Publish operational and quality metrics to the management as per agreed frequency
  • Experience in New joiner / Onboarding process including induction
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence and compliance to ISO Objectives, SOP's, and other standards across the organization.
  • Transition and

Project Management:

Been part or have project management knowledge to cater end to end ownership of projects and transitions as and when required.


  • New age technology: Identify and implement new age technology for efficiency enhancement.
**Desired Profile

  • Education Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor or Masters degree in HR is an added advantage)
  • Have preferably 35 years' experience in HR functional areas (i.e., Hire to Retire Employee Lifecycle, HRSS experience will be an added advantage)
  • Experience of working on large scale employee set up.
  • Ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships and influence others within and outside of direct reporting lines.
  • Must possess analytical and problemsolving ability, independent thinking, decision making and organizational skills.
  • Experience working on different HR technologies (working experience of Oracle Fusion would be an added advantage).
  • Good excel to drive complex excel dashboards, analytics (macro skills added advantage)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management experience and process mindset.
  • Result and solutionoriented mindset.
  • Oracle HCM knowledge will be an advantage
