    Role Description
You will process daily documentation/confirmations and related activities of the team.

You will be responsible to ensure that all tasks assigned are done accurately and all the exceptions items are followed up to resolution.

The core functions covered within the Rates and Credit confirmation group include ensuring the timely execution of trade confirmation by drafting trade confirmation as per ISDA definitions and industry guideline.

You will be responsible for ensuring the operations environment is run in a controlled manner, ensuring that all KPI's are achieved and delivered to the standards agreed.

The job holder also needs to ensure the resources both human and technological are managed effectively to ensure that all operational risks are mitigated, there is coverage to ensure any business requirements, standard and non-standard are understood and met at all times.

Job holder needs to be able to manage market-driven flows, understand the client and market needs and be able to manage the team to adapt to these to ensure delivery


Other responsibilities include cross -training, succession planning, Preparation of Management reports and contributing to departmental initiatives, and working with various departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of all activities on a regular basis within the given timelines.

Your key responsibilities

  • Ability to understand the various derivative products which will help in preparing MCAs for individual products and negotiate with client on the languages
  • Draft, Chase and Review ISDA confirmations for OTC Derivatives trades for all client types globally
  • Shift Timings US timings
  • Identify operational risks proactively and mitigate the same appropriately
  • Develop and maintain a proactive relationship with clients / Relationship management
  • Serve as technical operational expert for queries from clients
  • Work closely with other internal teams to ensure top of the line service to clients and ensure maximum execution/dispatch rates
  • Assist with training process
  • Ensure adequate backups created for all critical processes and assist other team members during contingencies (Staff shortage, high volumes etc)
  • Support in preparing for MIS required for management decision making
  • Must be able to multi task effectively
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure adherence to timelines for completion of all activities
  • Working closely with Manager and backing them up during their absence

Documentation management team External clients Internal clients - Front office, Middle office, Legal, Audit, Credit, IT Support


Your skills and experience
Minimum education qualification-should be a graduate. Experience and good knowledge of OTC Derivative domain with drafting is a added advantage Ability to work independently and constantly challenge the status quo Ability to get things done within a short span of time Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of all related ISDA Definitions is a significant added advantage
