    Description
    Job Title: Buyer – Admin Procurement
    Function: Techno Commercial
    Reporting to: Lead Buyer
    Location: Bangalore
    Job Band: Managing Others
    Sub-Functional Area: Admin Procurement and Contracting
    Job Description:
    • Manage sourcing and procurement of admin related activities such as Housekeeping, catering, event management, and miscellaneous purchases like raincoat, shoes, umbrella, etc.
    • Develop and sustain vendor relationships, negotiate best price points, and meet quality specifications, timelines, and budget requirements.

    Candidates with experience in Indirect and Share Service Procurement are preferred.

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Strategy, Planning, SOP, and Guidelines
    • Techno-Commercial Strategy and Initiatives
    • Core Procurement
    • Purchase Requisition (PR) Review
    • Strategic Sourcing for Capex, Opex, Bulk Material & Services
    • Contract Preparation and Order Placement

    Procurement through Rate Contracts:

    • Associated Procurement Activities
    • Post Order Management
    • Supplier Management
    • Data management
    • Risk Management
    Key Internal/External Interactions:
    • Internal: Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders and various teams.
    • External: Interact with partners, vendors, and potential suppliers.

    • Supplier Management
    Job Profile:
    Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with MBA

    General Experience: More than 9 years of experience in admin related procurement - Housekeeping, catering, event management, and miscellaneous purchases like raincoat, shoes, umbrella, etc.

    Technical Experience:
    • Hands-on experience in executing contracts and entering into commercial transactions.
    • Experience in working with e-procurement systems and tools like SAP, Ariba, etc.
    • Demonstrate methodical and precise approach towards commercial and contractual execution.
    • Knowledge of purchasing process, strategic sourcing, procurement systems, and supplier relationship management.
