What you'll do at Ather

  • Executing OJT plan for new joiners in the Ather Experience Centers in assigned territory.
  • Acting as a consultant to sales people and providing helpful advice on coping with jobrelated challenges.
  • Collecting and sharing feedback on the OJT plan with leaders and other CX trainers.
  • Adhering to the Process & SOP.
  • Leading by example on Pitch, Objection handling & Conversion at the Retail Partner locations.
  • Initiating the daily huddle model.
  • Ensuring Ideal customer experience by each team member.
  • Adhering to the OJT schedule and reporting the feedback with a CAPA.
  • Recognizing Top Performers and sharing best practices.
  • Identifying training gaps and bridge through enhanced content for future batches.
Here's what we're looking for

  • 1 years of experience in handling customers at Retail Outlets and at least 6 months of experience in classroom training delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and one local language/ Hindi.
  • Should love to interact with people. Should be able to identify gaps, guide and coach people based on his/her observations and SOPs.
  • Thorough knowledge about sales and customer service operations at Dealerships.
  • Understanding and the ability to groom customer facing teams of dealerships to enhance customer experience.
  • Excellent presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Suites, CRM, DMS and Salesforce.
  • This will be a traveling job including up to 20 days travel in a month.
