Description
Primary responsible in providing necessary support structures team in the ME office by

  • Liasing with project leads regarding their project resources requirements against monthly project deliverables/project progress stage
  • Reviewing and reproting the resources requirements against the cost to complete forms
  • Highlighting the discrepencies in the C2C excess and short fall against project resource plan
  • Collating the mid month project bookings and reporting against the C2C
  • Cooridinating and preparing the annual leave plan of th eteam
  • Preparing presentations for department ,projects,bids,etc
  • Cocoridnating with project finance team for setting up projects, invoices etc
