Job Title - Principal Systems Administrator, Location - Noida (India)


ABOUT US

Role Summary


As a Principal Systems Administrator, you will be part of NZiCRC PMO team in WSP India and operate out of our Noida office.

You will be primarily repsonsbile for selection and administration of project information management systems, processes, tools and trainings.

Your role will be to establish and mange the Document Controls and Systems Administartion team, coordinate with NZ project teams to provide the systems administartion support.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of System Administrators and Document Controllers
  • Working with multiple CDE environment including performing ProjectWise related activities such as installing, configuring, and troubleshooting the software; and staying current with upgrades, updates and patches.
  • Creating and maintaining projects
  • Delivering and designing configuration & enhancement needs to meet specific business requirements incl. workflow, rules engine, standard templates, work properties
  • Providing end user support
  • Troubleshooting systems related to ProjectWise Infrastructure such as Windows servers, fileservers, database servers, web servers and networks
  • Coordinating with software SMEs on integration features and functionality
  • Coordinating and running development, testing and releases
  • Assisting in ProjectWise change management tasks
  • Administrative tasks include acting as a liaison with Bentley to maintain, modify configuration in the cloud environment, along with helping develop procedures that allow users to work as a team
  • Engaged on relevant projects as SME
  • Leading the adoption of our ProjectWise and engagement with users for all aspects of their business
  • Delivering ProjectWise User and Administrator training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B. Tech. Computer Science or Engineering)
  • Solid ProjectWise knowledge, multiple CDE environment, and 8+ years of experience working as ProjectWise administrator supporting global user base
  • Proven track record in engaging and understanding requirements, suggesting solution or alternatives that accommodate the need
  • An understanding of relational databases, including administration, operation and maintenance
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases and SQL scripting (advantage)
  • Working knowledge of engineering / CAD tools is advantage
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft products, with advantage if you know Power Platform and SharePoint
