0 to 3 years exp in Agriculture technical support & service in Agriculture/ Agri Inputs/Fertilizers/Pesticides/Agro Chemicals/Seeds/Agri Machineries/Aqua Culture/Irrigation industries* only connected to farmers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Setting up a Central Service Division
- Ensuring schedule service to all customers with in the fixed time frame
- Monitoring "Deejay 4 U" Mobile App
- Providing Solutions to Farmers
- Updating technical content in the mobile app.
- Effectively addressing/resolving Customer's field Complaints and at the
our Customers.
- Categorise the customers into different groups based on quantity to
- Prepare service strategy from time to time for different customer
- Prepare monthly schedule of customer service visits for each area of
- Allot the task to the specified field staff.
- Provide on the spot solution to the farmers through the field staff.
- Maintain data files for all service visits of the team.
- Provide monthly analysis of areawise complications and product
