Job Role or Responsibilities

  • Direct sales of
    Demat accounts and margin collection for equity, commodity and currency
  • Revenue generation through brokerage
  • To research, investigate and update clients on available investment opportunities/financial market trend to determine whether they fit into clients portfolios
  • Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner of customers
  • Handle and manage HNI clients
  • Cross-Sales (Training products)
Day to day knowledge of DP operations like BOD process,using of CDSA, modification of client's detail, DRF etc.
- preferred Knowledge of KYC, CKYC, KRA, UCC is must

  • Client correspondence (written and verbal as required)
  • Thorough KYC knowledge of Demat Account opening process and related compliance.
  • Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly, yearly Report submissions to NSDL
  • Downloading and submitting NSDL PMLA report
  • Modification and verification of Accounts, DIS slip, and DRFs
  • Checking and reporting Grievance every month
  • Preparation of MIS
  • Payin & Payout
  • BuyBack & Early Payin

Required skill set:

In depth knowledge about the stock market industry

Should be target oriented

Good marketing skills

Should have the zeal to learn new things/ skills

Good communication skills

Adaptable to dynamic situations


Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
