Description

Responsibilities:


Room Cleaning:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished.


Dusting and Vacuuming:
Dust and clean surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and decorative items in rooms and common areas.
Vacuum carpets and mop floors to maintain a tidy appearance.


Bathroom Maintenance:
Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces.
Restock towels, toiletries, and other supplies.


Waste Management:
Empty trash and dispose of waste in a hygienic and environmentally responsible manner.
Ensure trash receptacles are clean and odor-free.


Inventory and Supply Management:
Monitor cleaning supplies and amenities, and request restocking as needed.
Maintain a well-organized housekeeping cart with necessary supplies.


Guest Requests:
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items, room cleaning, or special services.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests professionally.


Collaboration:
Coordinate with front desk and maintenance staff to ensure timely room turnover and address any maintenance needs.


Hygiene and Safety:
Adhere to established hygiene and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.


Qualifications:


  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient room turnover.
  • Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper usage.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary:
₹11, ₹12,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Koramangala, Bangalore India : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
  • Night Shift (preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (preferred)
